One on Early Modern Drama (I think I’m doing Ben Jonson’s Epicene and Thomas Middleton’s The Chaste Maid of Cheapside), one on the 18th Century (I’m thinking Alexander Pope’s The Dunciad and/or Essay on Man), and then an absurdly silly project on first-year composition pedagogy…… which is an annoying academia trigger-phrase that means “HOW to teach Freshman college students how to write.”
AKA: How to teach English 101 and 102.
At least I can get engaged in the first two, especially the first. On the other hand, I unapologetically have no interest in that whole “THIS IS HOW YOU TEACH PEOPLE THINGS” sort of common-sense nonsense that the last paper entails :/

I agree! I don’t always understand what the posts are about, or feel like I know enough to reply, but 99% of the time, I read them.:)

I just….. like to get to know people through their text posts, whether it’s silly OR heavy stuff. It’s nice and comforting to read them and experience how they think/live, in my own experience, even if I don’t reply.
